It lasts for 15 minutes and the timer is automatically set to shut off at 15 minute mark.
It does not hurt to use it longer. Initially, relief is temporary, but with repeated treatments the duration
of relief becomes longer and eventually becomes lasting.
Does it get hot inside Pet Therapy/Dry Room?

What type of maintenance is required?
Infrared Sterilizing Therapy/Dry Room requires very low maintenance. We ask that you keep the
cleanliness inside the unit by cleaning the side walls and bottom pull-out tray at the end of the day. Mild
cleaning sprays or water can be used. Filters should be replaced at every 6-8 months of use.
How long does the filter last and how much does it cost to replace?
It depends on the usage, but it usually last for 6-8 months. Replacement filters can be
purchased directly from KoKos Pet Spa at around $15 per filter.

How does Vitamin C filter work in removing chlorine and chloramines from water?
Vitamin C shower filter utilizes ascorbic acid for de-chlorination. Vitamin C does not hold
chlorine, it neutralizes chlorine from an element into a harmless compound.

The life time of the Vitamin C shower filter depends on the usage and the water quality and
water pressure, but it lasts for approximately 3,000 gallons.
How many dogs can I wash with one Vitamin C cartridge?
It depends on the duration of wash, water pressure, and water quality. In general, if you wash
the dog for 10 minutes, you would use approximately 15 gallons of water. So at this rate, you would be able
to wash about 150-200 dogs with one cartridge.
